Finding the Diagonal of a Square

Use this chart when you want to set a square “on-point.” 

 

NOTE:  If you use the finished size of the square, the chart will give you the finished size of the diagonal.  If you use the unfinished size of the square, the chart gives you the measurement including the seam allowances.
